Accreditation
To become a NatHERS Accredited Assessor you must obtain accreditation through an Assessor Accrediting Organisation (AAO).
The three AAOs under the NatHERS protocol, the Australian Building Sustainability Association (ABSA), Design Matters National (DMN) and the House Energy Raters Association (HERA), accredit assessors who have fulfilled the requirements of accreditation.
New entrants to the assessor market must complete the Certificate IV in NatHERS Assessment to become a NatHERS Accredited Assessor.
