Effective from this Thursday 1 May 2014, a new licensing model will operate for FirstRate5 and users will need to purchase credits in order to generate a compliance certificate. The new licensing model is designed to deliver improved technical support services and software enhancements for FirstRate5 users. The following information explains what to expect when you log into your account on or after 1 May 2014: - Any credit balances in your account as at 30 April 2014 will be reset to ‘0’.
- To generate a certificate, you will need to purchase credits. Credits are set at:
- New homes - $20 (exc. GST)
- Existing homes - $10 (exc. GST)
- Alterations/additions - $10 (exc. GST)
- Credits can be purchased via PayPal or credit card, using our secure online payment facility.
- To check the status of your credits at anytime, visit the Credit Usage page of your account. This will display all available credits and your purchase and usage history.
Please note: The FirstRate5 website will be temporarily unavailable between approx. 7am and 8am on Thursday 1 May while these changes take place.
