Sustainability Victoria has commenced a review and rewrite of the FirstRate5 user manual. We will be holding a small workshop in our offices on Monday 14th December. A limited number of places (< 10) are available for FirstRate5 users who wish to contribute their feedback in person. Strong opinions are welcome!
Location: Sustainability Victoria Offices, Level 28, 50 Londsdale Street, Melbourne
Time: 2:30pm - 4:30pm approx.
We hope to answer the following questions:
1. The current use of the user manual including any errors or omissions.
2. The purpose of the user manual (ie a guide to the operation of the software, a guide to how to rate a dwelling using the software, both or other?)
3. The preferred structure and medium/media of the user manual.
