Changes to website's Terms of Use

The following changes have been made to the FR5 website’s Terms of Use and will take immediate effect.

• Clause 7.1 (b): This clause has been revised to allow for the broader use of de-identified aggregated data contained in FirstRate5 project files by Sustainability Victoria and approved third parties:

- Current clause: “to enable Sustainability Victoria (or other third parties) to perform statistical analysis or research relevant to Sustainability Victoria's (or those third parties') functions and purposes;”

- New clause: “to enable Sustainability Victoria (or other third parties) to perform statistical analysis or research relevant to Sustainability Victoria's (or those third parties') functions and purposes and to publish the results of such research or any statistical analysis in a manner that does not allow the data contained in any individual Project File to be identifiable (Aggregated Data) and to licence users of the Aggregated Data to use, sub-license, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display the Aggregated Data (in whole or in part) and to incorporate the Aggregated Data into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed;.”
