Sustainability Victoria has made a further update to the FirstRate5 End User Terms of Service published yesterday. The new update is in addition to those changes published on 9 November 2023.
The further change is to paragraph 2(c)(i), for consistency with the Termination Clause (10). The amendment is highlighted in italics:
2(c) Obligations. Sustainability Victoria may, in its absolute discretion, refuse registration or close your User Account if:
ii. you breach these Terms of Service or the Software Licence Agreement and (if the breach is capable of remedy) fail to remedy that breach within 7 days of receiving written notice from Sustainability Victoria to remedy the breach; or
This further change to the Website End User Terms of Service is effective from 4pm AEDT on 10 November 2023 for User Accounts created on or after this time and effective 17 November 2023 for existing User Accounts.
If you use the FirstRate5 Site and Services after the date on which the End User Terms of Service have changed, then Sustainability Victoria will treat your use as acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. If you do not accept the changes, you must cease use of the FirstRate5 Site and services and notify Sustainability Victoria of your termination of the Terms or Service effective immediately.
