Sustainability Victoria (SV) is excited to announce a series of key upgrades to the FirstRate5 Whole of Home (WoH) assessment process, designed to significantly reduce the time required to import FirstRate5 (FR5) jobs into the WoH Tool. These enhancements will streamline workflows and improve overall platform performance for a more efficient user experience.
Key Benefits of the New Enhancements:
- Rapid Importing of FR5 Projects: FR5 project files processed on the FR5 website can now be imported into the WoH Tool in just 1-2 seconds, significantly speeding up workflows and improving import reliability.
- Bulk Importing Feature: On the FR5 Jobs page, users can now find a new ‘Create WoH assessment’ option under the ‘Bulk actions’ dropdown. This feature allows customers to bulk select eligible projects and import them into the WoH Tool, with each project taking only 1-2 seconds to process—ideal for users handling large workloads.
- Enhanced WoH Tool Performance: The WoH Tool's overall performance has been upgraded, improving the speed of opening, saving, and processing assessments for a faster and more streamlined experience.
SV appreciates our customers’ patience as we implemented these improvements over the past 36 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the website downtime and thank you for your understanding.
Based on user feedback SV is now working on a series of upgrades that will allow users to apply appliance specifications from one WoH project to another and simplify the certificate replacement process. These enhancements will eliminate the need to re-enter appliance specifications for replacement assessments, saving time and effort. We look forward to releasing these upgrades as soon as possible.
