Sustainability Victoria (SV) is making changes to the pricing of FirstRate5 (FR5) certificate credits. Effective Monday 5 May 2025 (12am AEST), the price of FR5 certificates credits will increase from $30 to $41.48 (ex GST). After the initial increase on 5 May 2025, annual price adjustments will be introduced effective 1 September 2025.

Sustainability Victoria (SV) has extended the date v5.3.2b (3.21) files will continue to automatically calculate on the FirstRate5 website to Wednesday 30 April 2025 (5pm). After this date, v5.3.2.b (3.21) files will calculate by special request only. Please note that if directed by the NatHERS Administrator, SV may be required to bring forward the transition date for FR5 v5.3.2b (3.21). In this circumstance, SV will give FirstRate5 users as much notice as possible.

The FirstRate5 helpdesk will closed from Tuesday 24 December (12pm AEDT) and will re-open on Tuesday 7 January 2025 (9am AEDT). Please note that on 23 & 24 December helpdesk support will be limited and only urgent issues will receive a response.

Sustainability Victoria (SV) is excited to announce a series of key upgrades to the FirstRate5 Whole of Home (WoH) assessment process, designed to significantly reduce the time required to import FirstRate5 (FR5) jobs into the WoH Tool. These enhancements will streamline workflows and improve overall platform performance for a more efficient user experience.

Sustainability Victoria would like to inform customers that the FirstRate and FirstRate5 Whole of Home Tool websites will be down for scheduled maintenance from 8:30pm (AEDT) Wednesday 13 November 2024 to 7:00am (AEDT) Thursday 14 November 2024. During this time, both websites will be unavailable, so please complete any time-sensitive work before the website shutdown.
